Is there a free trial for Pro?
Not a time-limited trial — but the Free plan gives you 5 estimates per month indefinitely, so you can run the full workflow before upgrading.
What counts as an “estimate” on the Free plan?
Any estimate you create through New Estimate during the calendar month — even drafts — because they run through the AI. Template-based estimates on Pro skip AI, so they don’t count against any limits.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Everything stays put forever. All your estimates, customers, invoices, templates, and photos are preserved. You just lose Pro features for new estimates.
Do you charge payment processing fees?
Never. Stripe’s standard rate goes directly to Stripe (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% for ACH). We don’t take a percentage of your revenue.
