Terms of Service

1. Who we are
1 Click Bid (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides AI-powered estimating and proposal software for tradespeople at 1clickbid.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at contact@1clickbid.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What you can and can't do
You can use 1 Click Bid to run your trade business — creating estimates, sending invoices, communicating with customers, and all the other features in the app.
Please don't:
- Reverse-engineer or copy the service
- Use it to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use it for anything illegal
- Share your account with people outside your organization
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Pricing is listed on our pricing page.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't issue partial-month refunds, but we're reasonable people. If something went wrong, email us.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you're on an active plan when prices change, the new price applies at your next renewal.
5. AI-generated estimates
Our AI drafts estimate line items, pricing, and scope language to save you time. It's a starting point — not a final quote. You're responsible for reviewing every estimate before you send it to a customer. We don't guarantee that AI-generated prices are accurate for your market, trade, or specific job.
6. Your customers & compliance
When you use 1 Click Bid to contact your customers by email or SMS, you confirm that you have the right to contact those people at those addresses and numbers. You're responsible for complying with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA. We send on your behalf — you own the customer relationship.
7. Your data
You own the content you create in 1 Click Bid — your estimates, customer records, photos, and price books. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle it.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep 1 Click Bid running reliably, but we can't promise it will be available 100% of the time. We're not liable for losses caused by outages, bugs, or AI errors — the service is provided as-is. That said, if something goes wrong on our end, reach out and we'll do what we can to make it right.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost contracts, etc.).
10. Termination
You can close your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations. On termination, your data is deleted per our retention policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
